No matter if this is your first 60-hour Keto REBOOT or you’ve already made it part of your routine every month, this schedule and instructions will guide you through what will be one of the most profound life-changing two-and-a-half days you’ve ever experienced.
Leading up to Sunday (or whatever day you choose to start your Reboot), don’t make any drastic changes in your diet, exercise or overall routine. Keep it simple. Listen to your body. Don’t over-think this.
Make sure you have your Keto REBOOT Kit ready to go. It has everything you need to power you through the next 60 hours.

SUNDAY Night – Your FINAL Meal Forever!
Just kidding. Just 60 hours.
That still might terrify you… or make you shed a tear. It did me just a bit.
I even took a picture of my “last” meal. Here is a journal of my first 60-hour water wash before there was even a Keto Reboot Kit.
Don’t overeat to overcompensate for not eating over the next 60 hours. Eat some healthy food that your body will thank you for. Maybe a decent mix of protein, healthy fat and a greens.
When should you have your last meal before the Reboot? Just eat when you normally do. Remember: don’t over-think this thing. Make it easy.
Around 8:00 p.m. (your time zone), take the two SIGNAL//OS capsules and drink the KETO//KALM mix in your Keto REBOOT Kit.
MONDAY – Keto REBOOT Day 1
Drink your first KETO//OS MAX after you wake up. This can be the Charged version or caffeine-free. It’s up to you.
If you can carve out the time, do some light cardio help burn off that glycogen. Remember, the point is to help your body kick into a fat-burning mode.
Around mid-morning, take another two SIGNAL//OS capsules. Always remember, drink more water than you think you need to throughout the entire Keto REBOOT.
Remember, this program began as a “60-hour water wash.” And that’s exactly what you’re doing: washing the bad crap out of your body and resetting your digestive system.
Around noon, mix and drink a BETTER//Broth pack. Trust me, you’ll welcome the flavor. Drink it slowly. Enjoy it!
Drink water. Drink water. Drink water.
Around 3:00 p.m. it will be time for another KETO//OS MAX.
Drink another BETTER//BROTH about 6:00 p.m. This time of day one has typically been the hardest for me. Your body isn’t used to this. Neither is your mind. If you can beat your own mind, your body WILL follow.
Oh, drink water. Does drinking so much water mean you’ll go to the bathroom a lot?
Yes, yes it does. You’re going to pee a lot, so be ready for that, mmmkay?
If you need some help, encouragement or have any questions, hop onto the Facebook support group. There will be PLENTY of people there experiencing the same thing. I certainly have.
Finish Monday with a KETO//KALM and two more two SIGNAL//OS capsules around 8:00 p.m. to get your ready for bed. Try to sleep before 11:00 p.m. Rest of highly underrated.
TUESDAY – Keto REBOOT Day 2
The second full day on the Keto REBOOT has always been the most interesting for me. In my experiences, this has always been the easier day. I get hungry, but I feel light, clean and clear.
This is also the day most people say they learn a lot about themselves. Pay close attention to things throughout the day that would normally signal and prompt you to think about food. Realizing stuff like that is pretty powerful, and gives you control.
Don’t worry if you feel a little low on energy the second day. Continue drinking lots of water all day long. You might be surprised at how productive you can be when you don’t have to worry about food!
Follow the same schedule as Monday. Drink a KETO//OS MAX in the morning. If you’d like to change it up just a bit, make a slushy by blending it with ice.
Take two SIGNAL//OS capsules mid-morning. Drink water. Drink water. And, no, I’m not going to stop remaining you to drink water.
I don’t exercise on the second day. Some people do. Just listen to your body and don’t overdo it or over-think this. Take it easy.
Drink a BETTER//BROTH at noon and drink another KETO//OS MAX around 3:00 p.m. for your afternoon snack.
At 6:00 p.m., drink the last BETTER//BROTH. Then take the KETO//KALM and SIGNAL//OS capsules around 8:00 p.m.
You’ll probably want to jump into bed a little earlier, and you might be surprised at how well you sleep when your body is getting rid of toxins and other junk. Plus, tomorrow’s Christmas morning!
You get to eat FOOD!! Wwwhhhheeeeeee!!!!!!
Wednesday – End of the Keto REBOOT
Many people describe the end of the Keto REBOOT as clear, calm, balanced, light, clean, etc.
After not eating for two-and-a-half days, you might be a little low on energy. And that’s OK. If you made it this far, it’s probably the longest you have ever gone without food (on purpose) in your life.
You should be proud of that. And if you didn’t make it the full 60 hours, you in no way should feel bad whatsoever. Do what you can do. Plan to go a little longer next month.
Your digestive system has never had a rest like this. And that’s the point!
So, what food should you reintroduce back into your body. Like we’ve said all along, keep it simple, listen to your body, and don’t overdo it.
Go for some protein and light, healthy fat. Scrambled eggs and maybe a few roasted potatoes are a good idea. Mix in some blueberries or small slices of avocado. Keep portions small.
It will probably be the best meal you’ve ever had. And I will pay you $8 million cash if you don’t begin to pay attention to food as FUEL for your body.
(Ok, maybe not because you might be just that weird. But for the rest of us, you will know exactly what I’m talking about.)
Keep some KETO//OS MAX and BETTER//BROTH close by to help you make the transition back to food. I have at least one MAX a day. Exogenous ketones should definitely be part of your on-going plan.
