Several years ago I lost about 40 pounds over the course of about 14 months. I made several changes to my diet, making different tweaks here and there over the months.
I didn’t do anything spectacular. No magic. Just smarter choices combined with consistently working out.
Since then I’ve gained back and lost some of that weight again from time to time, but generally have been good at keeping the weight off. So, I’m pretty familiar with what it takes to drop a significant amount of pounds. Of course, it’s not easy to lose a significant amount of weight the right way.
The goal, of course, is to burn FAT. It’s absolutely possible with consistent effort. But there are three major problems with trying to lose weight that derail most people. Here’s how to handle them, and how Pruvit’s KETO//OS is a solution to each problem.
Problem 1: You’re Hungry!
Cutting out calories is great, but it makes you want to grab a Snickers! Not fun.
You’re body isn’t getting the calories its used to. The munchies are annoying, and they usually end up making you munch on something that’s not healthy. Then what happens? You feel bad. You get mad at yourself, then you eventually give up.
