What’s the difference between KETO//OS 2.1 and KETO//OS 3.0?
The 2.1 (Orange Dream flavor) has MCT powder. 3.0 (Chocolate swirl flavor) has the short-chain fatty acid called butyrate. The MCT is a higher-state of an energy source, whereas butyrate is a terrific inflammation. Sodium and potassium are higher in 3.0, but the calcium is lower. The 3.0 also has caffeine, and 2.1 comes in in both caffeine and a caffeine free versions. Many people will interchange products, such as using the 2.1 in the morning and 3.0 later in the day.
Does KETO//KREME have ketones in it?
No. There is no beta hydroxybutyrate in the new KETO//KREME. It has coconut shortening, C-8, C-10, C-12. The cool thing is that our body uses those things to produce ketones from out liver.
